Processing time: 0-2 business days (Mon - Sat)
Delivery time: 6-9 business days (Mon - Sat)
Delivery partners: PostNord, Early bird

Free shipping

All orders are delivered free of charge. No additional shipping fees apply.

Shipping partners

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNord and Early Bird to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel here.

Missing or lost parcels

If your order is delayed, missing or has been lost, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the matter together with the carrier. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will send a replacement or refund the full amount. Please see our return policy here.

Not at home on delivery

If no one is at home to receive the parcel, the carrier will either attempt delivery again or leave the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. You will receive information with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

Refusal of delivery

If you refuse to accept the parcel, return shipping charges may apply. These are deducted from your refund.

Change of delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our support team at hello@eklundstools.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order cut-off time.
