The problem
Cracks in wood? Easier to repair than you think.
Ugly holes and cracks in door frames, furniture and cabinets catch the eye straight away – but replacing whole parts is expensive and time-consuming. Epoxy wood filler fixes the damage quickly and durably, without hiring a tradesperson or buying new material.
How to do it
Three steps to a perfect repair
Result
Before and after – the damage is no longer visible
The repair is permanent. The filler bonds firmly to wood, doors, furniture and composite materials. It does not fall out or come loose over time, whatever the temperature and humidity in normal indoor environments.
Properties
Rock-hard once cured
It takes about an hour for the mixture to start setting, and 24 hours for a full cure. Once fully cured, the filler can be sanded, cut and take screws just like the original wood. Ideal for rebuilding damaged door frames, furniture legs and cabinet doors.

Common questions
Questions and answers
How long does the filler take to cure completely?
The initial cure takes about 1 hour at room temperature. A full cure is reached after about 24 hours – then you can sand, varnish and drill into the material.
How do I choose the right shade for my wood?
Choose the shade that best matches your wood from the 22 options (for example Oak, Maple, Natural Wood or Black Walnut). Always test the included filler colourant on a small, hidden spot to confirm the match before applying it to visible surfaces.
Can I sand and paint over the cured filler?
Yes. After 24 hours the filler is fully cured and can be sanded smooth, cut, drilled and worked just like the original wood. You can then varnish, paint or prime the surface as normal.
What is in the pack?
The pack contains 1 × wood repair filler (100 g) and 1 × filler colourant (20 ml) for shade adjustment. Every tool you need for the repair is included.
How do I store unused filler?
Seal the packaging well and store it in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Keep the packaging out of reach of children and pets.
